Fantastic hotel, with great staff and good food however food could be better labelled and a slightly better variety prov
Fantastic hotel, very clean and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Great quality food options throughout the day and comfortable room. Allowed us to extend our checkout until 6pm complimentary as we had a late flight on our departure day!
I think that food at the gastro hall could be better labelled (didn’t affect our stay but it may not be as enjoyable for guests with allergies or intolerances). Some food options were not labelled at all and others had poor translations so you couldn’t be sure what they were all the time. Allergens were also not listed on any labels. More vegetable options at dinner would also be better in the gastro hall as there seemed to be more at breakfast than there was in the evening

We will definitely consider return8ng next year and for longer.
Most of the staff were outstanding. The hotel easily deserves 5 Stars for its Reserve features. The gardens are lovely, the main restaurant offers a very high standard of buffet and additional restaurants are available. A really lovely hotel in a perfect position in San Agustin, Grand Canaria.
We had two rooms over the two weeks. The bed on the 7th floor was excellent. I would advise the hotel to change the bed we had on the 5th floor.
